The purpose of this position is to assist the QA Manager in the planning, development, and implementation of continuous quality assurance/improvement and regulatory compliance efforts within all Rise Service Lines. The Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with the QA Manager to identify and regularly implement procedural enhancements and quality improvement measures. This role will also ensure program compliance and conduct investigations on incidents.
