    This position is responsible for assisting the sales team with customer outreach and maintaining customer databases.

    • Maintain and manage list of all of Rise's customers contact information and contact preference. 
    • Research companies with 50 or more employees and schedule tours of those companies.
    • Attend tours of those companies with Rise's Senior Sales Representative.
    • Send follow up thank you cards/emails to companies for the tours.
    • Update and maintain customer contracts and face sheets. 
    • Attend events and meetings when appropriate. 

    Qualifications & Benefits


    • At least one year of experience providing job placement and job development services.
    • Experience working with adults with a mental health diagnosis preferred. 
    • Experience working with databases preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and a willingness to learn new things and ability to adapt within a quickly changing environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with team members, donors, people served, families, foundations, business partners, Board members, and volunteers.
    • Goal-oriented, results-driven, independent, and strong attention to detail
    • Ability to use electronic devices for organization (ie: electronic calendar, email, etc.)
    • Flexible schedule, ability to work occasional evening or weekend meeting and events
    • Willingness to travel to all Rise office locations throughout Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota and Wisconsin. 
    • Valid drivers license and compliance with Rule 11 and MVR background check required


    Starting wage: DOQ

    Medical- 90% of employee coverage premium paid by Rise. Dental. 4% matched 401(k). Life Insurance. FSA. PTO starts at 16 days a year, plus 2 float and 8 paid holidays.
