Daily documentation on outcomes and progress of people served with contact notes and entering of payroll into Care Director
Provide daily transportation of persons supported in Rise vans and buses
Wage: $12.75 per hour- no evenings or weekends
Medical- 90% of employee coverage premium paid by Rise. Dental. 4% matched 401(k). Life Insurance. FSA. PTO starts at 16 days a year, plus 2 float and 8 paid holidays.
*Hiring bonus is paid in three installments of $250 at one month, six months, and nine months after hire.
