The Employment Consultant II position supports people who are participating in a national Social Security funded research project in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment in Hennepin County. In this role, you would support a caseload of up to 20 people throughout the employment process including individualized training, job coaching, and advocacy. Cultivating job opportunities with area businesses within the community is another key aspect of this role.
