    • Lead others in focusing on providing excellent service for people served, their families, and all other people who support them; etc.
    • Build and maintain a positive, effective work environment and manage team performance through direction, feedback, training and professional development
    • Drive for results through establishing realistic plans, meeting or exceeding quality and productivity goals, manage and improve processes and budgets.
    • Set schedules for teams to ensure adequate staffing and maintain any applicable ratios at all times. Provide backup coverage to your team as needed.
    • Ensure team members provide case management services including the efficient, timely and accurate use of documentation in our case management software system
    • Manage hiring process for team members including updating job postings, setting performance expectations and following Rise’s interviewing and selection process
    • Build and maintain effective working relationships with site contacts and maintain business partner's expectations for productivity, quality, etc.
    • Network with area businesses to identify and secure new sites and job opportunities

    Qualifications & Benefits


    • 2 years of related work experience. 1 year in a supervisory role preferable
    • Previous experience practicing person-centered practices with people with disabilities or other barriers to employment preferred
    • Must meet the qualifications required of MN 245D statute's Designated Coordinator and Designated Manager roles
    • Strong self-management, thinking and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to direct and motivate others, perseverance and compassion for team members and the people we serve
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, etc.) and interest to learn and become proficient in case management software system (Care Director) 
    • Current, valid driver's license and driving record that demonstrates safe, legal driving habits
