The purpose of this position is to lead team member recruitment and run Rise’s volunteer program.

A part of both the HR and Advancement teams, the volunteer and recruitment coordinator supports the growth of key organizational initiatives around recruitment and volunteerism, conducts outreach with business and community partners and coordinates the day to day operations of the volunteer program and team member recruitment efforts.

Starting wage $17 per hour, DOQ
