    The purpose of this position is to provide general clerical and administrative support to the Vocational Training and Traumatic Brain Injury Connections programs at our Spring Lake Park location. 


    Role Responsibilities: 

    • Scanning and entering data into our software system
    • Assist with preparing for meetings including assembling meeting packets
    • Conduct phone screens for interviews
    • Coordinate schedules and host meetings
    • Work on multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks to support programming needs


    Qualifications & Benefits


    • 1 year of related work experience required and previous experiences with people with disabilities or in a nonprofit preferred. 
    • Understanding of Windows Office suite, ideally with preference to Office 365
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel highly desirable
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Friendly demeanor
    • Ability to sit and use a computer for approximately 8 hours/day
    • Valid drivers license and compliance with Rule 11 and MVR background check required

    Wage: $15.50 -$16.50 per hour
