The purpose of this position is to provide general Case Aid and administrative support to the employment programs at Rise’s CIP-Coon Rapids.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to maintain up to date filing, record keeping, and case management support
  • Maintain active audit records and high volume of spreadsheets management  
  • Provide direct care support to people served at CIP-Coon Rapids
  • Assist with directing incoming phone calls, transferring calls and greeting guests upon entrance to the building.
  • Manage and reconcile service authorizations in Care Director
  • Review and enter various electronic records accurately in Care Director
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies. Provide comprehensive front office support

Qualifications & Benefits


  • Understanding of Windows Office suite, ideally with preference to Office 365
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of 245D and CARF licensing and audit systems
  • Friendly demeanor with positive, dependable and good time management skills
  • Valid drivers license and compliance with Rule 11 and MVR background check required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds daily
  • Ability to sit and use a computer for approximately 8 hours/day




Wage: $14.00 per hour

Medical- 90% of employee coverage premium paid by Rise. Dental. 4% matched 401(k). Life Insurance. FSA. PTO starts at 16 days a year, plus 2 float and 8 paid holidays.
